Banco Ciudad

Banco Ciudad is a publicly owned commercial bank in Buenos Aires. With the technological advancement and in the context of a pandemic, banks have had to adapt and digitize the way they conduct operations, the use of virtual banking surged, adding new and diverse users who are increasingly demanding, seeking clarity and speed in all processes.
The goal of Banco Ciudad is for users to feel comfortable and secure while navigating the website. When carrying out this case study followed by a website redesign concept, I aimed to uphold these principles. I utilized a variety of tools and methodologies to ensure a comprehensive approach to UX/UI design. These included: heuristic evaluations, lean canvas, user interviews, benchmarking, user personas, journey mapping, necessities matrix, treetesting and cardsorting, IA, wireflows, golden circle, UX writing tools and wireframing and prototyping.
